It’s amazing sometimes when you think of the journey these dogs go through in their lifetime. Big Adam West living for years in a puppy mill for one purpose and that’s to be a stud dog. No comfort, no luxuries, and no love. We’ve taken him from hell and moved him to heaven and today he left with his new mama.

Karen Joyner has waited for the right DDB to adopt for quite sometime and she fell in love with this enormous boy as soon as she saw him. He’s a huge sweet boy that needed some work, he needed his eyes operated on, neutered, ear infection, skin infection, masses removed and horrible teeth to fix and clean. All of that has been done and today he’s happy to hop in the car with Karen and drive off to Wisconsin where he will live six months out of the year where it never gets warmer than in the 70’s, the other half of the year he will live in Austin TX for the winter.

A life of comfort, luxuries and plenty of love, he’s got a big DDB brother named Moose who is waiting for him and I asked Karen what they were naming him and she said I think we’re going to just call him Big Man…

Adam West was rescued from a puppy mill auction where he has lived his whole life as a stud dog. H’e a huge boy but over weight from living in a small cage leaving him with pressure sores on all of his limbs. He will need surgery on his eyes and to be neutered and clear up all of his skin infection before leaving to his new home. Adam West gets along with all dogs and is just a big ol love bug.
