So today was the day for this sweet little girl Antonella to go live her forever life with her new family.

Her new mom and dad are Dee Dee and Glen Phibbs from Tulsa, Oklahoma. you might recognize her new brother, it’s none other than Wolfman/Groot and she is a very lucky girl to have landed in a perfect home for her. Her new name will be Maizey Jane and she loves to be held and they are certainly on board for this little cutie to give her plenty of that.

We wish them all a very happy life together 🥰

UPDATE 8/20/2020

Sweet girl Antonella was sent in for surgery today on her palate. She squeaks really loud when she tries to sleep so we knew that she was going to need some help clearing her airway. Trimming palates and Nares aren’t something we take lightly. It is a very serious surgery and we do not do it unless a dog struggles while at rest which Antonella clearly did.

Antonella did very well in surgery and is recovering nicely, she will remain hospitalized and hopefully will be able to go home tomorrow back to stay with Wes while she continues to rest quietly.
