Latest Update:
We had an adoption today that foster mom Tina facilitated for us at her home. The lucky dog was Bones, he has Gond off to live with our previous foster John Boy now known as Waylon. Willow Rose and Rick Buchoz from Dripping Springs Texas were looking for a good fit for Waylon and as soon as I heard that I knew that Bones would be the right dog for them. They live a life with horses and he needed to be good with them, Waylon is a gentle red bear and so is Bones, a couple of tender hearts who were destined to be brothers.
I don’t know what his name will be yet but I’m sure we will learn that soon. For now I just wish him a very happy life far, far away from a mill
About Bones:
We had two adult males to rescue at a mill auction in October, he’s a very sweet, timid boy who just turned 2 years old in July. He was a very good boy on the long ride home, and we will get to know him as the days pass. He’s a calm, passive boy who wants to trust humans so that’s what we’re going to be working on. First priority is going to see Dr. Reno though, so stay tuned for more on this sweetheart.
