Latest Update:
We’ve got a couple of adoptions today first up is our sweet boy Burrito, this boy came to us from the mill auction completely terrified of people we could not catch him without a group effort. He didn’t want to be afraid of us and would dance back far away tempted to not run but run he did. He has come a very long way and now when we need him to stop he stops, there is still work to do and we look for families who understand this and want to be a part of “rescuing” the dog, isn’t that what its all about?
Burrito is staying here local and will live with the Parrish family in Richardson, Texas. His new mom and dad both work from home and he will be loved by his own girl and three Pugs.
They are thinking about naming him Montgomery (Monty) or Levon and we will just have to wait for them to post on Happy Tails to find out.
We are so happy to wish him a wonderful life
About Burrito:We were fortunate enough to secure this great big boy at our surprise puppy mill auction. He has some scars that are unsettling. One of his eyes is smaller than the other and you can see he’s got a scar on one of them that is smaller. I don’t know what happened to him, but he will need to see the Eye Institute to get to the bottom of it. His testicles are raw and sore from rubbing on a wire cage. He’s 4 years old and such a fun character.
Let’s say hello to Burrito!
