Breed: Dogue de Bordeaux
Current Location: Southern California
Adoption Date: October 15, 2017
Adopted by: Nathan Goethels
Our family has known Nathan Goethels since he was about 12 or 13 years old, * a very long time *
He’s known our family and has been around our very first Bordeaux’s, Vera and Eunice, when we lived in Southern California, and he of course follows the page. He has been out to Texas to visit and has always wanted a big red bear of his own. He and his family have never owned a dog of their own so we knew we would have to find the perfect bear for them as first time dog owners.
Collette is just gold, perfect in every way, she loves everyone, she loves kids and she has a very calm wonderful demeanor. Travis knew that Collette would be the perfect first Dogue for them, but we had to work out the complications on getting this big girl to Southern California and with the help of their friend Kevin that’s just what we did.
Collette has met Amber and all of the children and of course everyone is in-love with this sweet girl.
Her name shall remain Collette, and we hope to see Nate and Amber post this gorgeous girl with a very shiny lip on the Happy Tails page for all of us to enjoy.
Happy life pretty girl!
Collette is a 1.5 year old Bordeaux that was rescued from a puppy mill auction, advertised as perhaps pregnant but we don’t know that to be a fact. She’s a young happy pup and very sweet. Anyone would be very lucky to adopt this girl as part of the family.
