Breed: Doberman Pinscher
Adoption Date: August 6, 2017
Adopted by: Lindsay Thompson
Barbara Gordon has gone off to live with Lindsay Thompson from Edmond Oklahoma, which is very far away from Dowdy Ferry road where she was wandering as a stray.
It’s taken quite sometime to get her ready for adoption with all that ailed her but she is ready today. She will have 3 boys to call her own ages 15, 8 and 5 and Barbara loves herself some children. She will have a Mini Schnauzer that she will share the home with and have the liberty to go to work with her mom and be spoiled by office staff who are excited to have her as well.
Travis dedicated months to this girl who has always lived with him from the first night we picked her up and he was sad to see her go.
Her name is TBD when the boys put their heads together and see what they come up with.
For now we wish her the happiest spoiled life ever
About Barbara Gordon:
We were notified about this beauty out near the Dowdy Ferry area late one May night, so off with flashlights in hand traveled Renee and Travis to retrieve her and her puppies. Once there it was discovered there were no puppies. She’s had puppies many times but didn’t have milk when they picked her up. She was most likely dumped in the area as so many poor souls are.
Barbara is scheduled for her spay but unfortunately she is heart worm positive and is currently undergoing treatment.
We are happy you are now safe with Dog Ranch Rescue, Barbara
