Jennifer and Jimmy Johnson came by to get their poodle fix today. After meeting Earth last week they knew she was the girl for them, and she could not have asked for a better home. The Johnson’s are previous DRR adopters, and Jennifer is a long time volunteer for the rescue. They currently have 3 dogs at home, Annie, Tysen, and DRR Noel Vega, now named Winston. Earth’s new name will be Zoey, and she already has a blinged out name tag to let everyone know! We know we will see this girl on Happy Tails and are so glad to have another one of these poodle pups staying locally! Happy life, Zoey 

About Earth:

Yesterday we were contacted by the emergency hospital about a litter of Standard Poodle puppies that a breeder wanted to give to us. I reached out to Ricky and Terrie, and they were in contact with the breeder within a few minutes and on their way to do a little Mother’s Day rescue. We welcomed three females and one male born on 2/18/2022.
