Breed: French Bulldog
Current Location: Broomfield, CO
Adoption Date: January 31, 2019
Adopted by: the Roberts family
Flannel and Orchard were adopted together today and will go to live in Broomfield, CO with the Roberts family. Their new dad Jason is retired and will be home with the girls during the day to continue house training and help them adjust to their new life outside of the mill. They came to the sanctuary today to meet their new girls and drive them both home to Colorado.
They are undecided on their new names but they have joined the happy tails page and will let us all know then.
We couldn’t be happier for all of them and wish the the happiest life ever! 💕💕About Flannel:
Flannel was at the auction in Missouri and was part of a debacle that left her being supposedly sold to someone when she in fact hadn’t been sold at all. The auction house called us a couple of days later and said she was left in the auction house and did we want her…of course we did and we sent Ricky up to get her and bring her to safety.
While she just turned 3 years old, she has some scars on her face and her ears are cauliflowered and scarred. She is nervous around other dogs and it’s pretty clear that she has spent time with dogs that have beat her up. We will work on her socially and when we feel she’s ready for adoption we will put the word out.
Meanwhile, welcome to safety and love, Flannel!
