Current Location: McKinney, TX
Adoption Date: July 28, 2018
Adopted by: Phillis Parsons
Freedom who is a very shy girl has gone to live in McKinney, Texas with Phillis Parsons. Phillis lives with Peggy Parsons her daughter who adopted Snickers. Phillis enjoys Snickers so much that she wanted to adopt one of her own. She is retired and home all day so she can dote on this shy girl and give her all the love she could want.
Her new name is Sugar Baby, and I guess that just about sums up what her life will be filled with.
Happy life, sweet girl!About Freedom:
Freedom is a really sweet, sensitive girl who needs a patient owner willing to help her trust and deal with some anxiety and reservedness. After years living in a mill environment, it’s not uncommon for some dogs to take longer to trust and understand a family’s love. Foster Mama, Mary, reports she doesn’t like lap time yet but will sit on the side of the chair and let Mary scratch her.
She plays with the other dogs and enjoys life in a quieter way. She is still working on house training but does well in the crate. We feel she would do best in a quieter home with a loving, patient family.
She’s 3 years old and is a pretty frightened girl. We sent her off to stay with Mary and we will learn more about her soon.
Say hello to Freedom…
