Latest Update:
Garçon aka Gary made quite the impression on the volunteers at the Sanctuary with his randy antics and inappropriate behavior with the ladies. After some time at foster mom Ana’s house and his peach harvest, he settled into more appropriate behavior and was able to let his silly side show. Now he has landed in a beautiful home with Shannon O’Connell of Shady Shores, TX. He has a brother and a sister, both also small blonde cuties.
Shannon has been looking to adopt a Brussels Griffon for about a year and was over the moon when Laura picked her application. And it was clear shortly into their first meeting that Garçon would settle in with her nicely in no time. He met his new siblings and they became fast friends, bouncing and playing with each other and quickly made himself right at home in his new yard.
Garçon will get a new name, but mom Shannon isn’t quite sure what it will be just yet. She likes Irish names so is leaning toward something Irish . She’ll spend some time getting to know him and his silly personality before she decides.
Thanks, Shannon for giving this cute little guy the best Christmas gift ever and happy life Garçon!
This male Brussels was born on 3/28/17
Formerly #265

UPDATE 12/19/2021
Garcon needed to be sent away from the sanctuary, how can I say this nicely “he’s a serial rapist” oh I guess that wasn’t so nice, but the truth is what the truth is, and he needed to leave the land of “ladies”
We sent him to go stay with Ana and she sent us an update on this boy:
We are hanging out with the dogs in the backyard this afternoon and I tried to snap some pics of Garçon. He’s a curious little monkey and did a sniff of my camera.
We put a 30 foot lead on him so we can catch him easier in the yard. It’s very lightweight and he just drags it around. He’s learning to come in though and doesn’t run away as much. Oh, and I’ve been calling him Gary since my pronunciation of Garçon is hideous.
