Lola has made it to California and Dee reported in on how the meeting went:

Another successful forever home. I told Lola that she was going to meet her new mama today. The last time we stopped, she knew she was almost there….well we got there, mom opened the van door, and she leaped out and ran straight into Mr. Bristol’s arms! It was like she knew she was finally home. And then Mrs. Bristol came out, called to her, and she ran over to her. She was happy to be back in a home, and ran around like a silly girl giving kisses and rolling on her back…inspecting everything in the yard, and making herself at home. Her name will remain Lola.

About Lola:

We have a policy with our adopters that if something happens in your life where you cannot keep your dog they must come back to us.

Praline is a yellow Lab that we rescued from an auction in 2015. She went to live with a black Lab named Lola and all was well with her family. Their owner is now having a medical crisis and cannot have her dogs any longer so we offered to take this gorgeous girl and find her another happily ever after home.
