We had this little girl for less than 24 hours, but a long-time client and someone very special named Pam Knight fell in love with Lola’s little face in an instant. She and her husband Jay came by today to load her up with kisses, and I am so thrilled to say that Lola now has her forever home!!!
Pam and her husband Jay own Chief and Laika, both Belgian Malinois and both are very easy to get along with, and they will be a perfect fit for little Lola in their household.
Pam is a stay at home dog mom, and she has experience housebreaking dogs like Lola, because Laika was a working dog who lived in a run as well. Lola will have constant love and attention and all of the lap time and kisses her little heart desires. The best part is that we will get to see her on a regular basis when Pam and Jay need to go out of town.
We are thrilled for her and for them. A true match made in heaven!
Lola was a puppy mill mama for over five years when she was rescued and then adopted by a very nice couple. Unfortunately, her owners found they did not have the time at home necessary to care for her so they placed an ad on Craigslist to give her away for FREE. It was in Lola’s lucky stars that Renee happened upon that ad and contacted her owners about taking her in at the Ranch. Placing any animal on a website such as Craigslist is a danger much less giving that animal away for free.
She is a precious girl and just as tiny as can be. On June 6, 2014, her owners were very tearful and it was hard for them to let her go. I promise you Tyler and Minnie, she will be loved and cared for, for the rest of her life.
