Breed: Dogue de Bordeaux
Weight: est. weight 110 pounds
Adopted by: Cherie
My eyes welled up with tears when I saw this adoption picture, how appropriate is it that I cried when Boston left to go live with Cherie and now here goes McDreamy.
Where do I even begin with how special this boy is? What a huge story of people coming together to rescue him, Cristina, and Meredith. All of them starving, all of them wonderful. Karen Joyner who was a great white shark when it came to getting all 3 of them out of the situation they were in. Our team of volunteers that leapt into action to get them transported to us, Dr. D and Dr. Larsen for nursing them back to health.
And now…..McDreamy has a new mom and dad, and a whole new dog clan to live with….Boston/Gabby, Prada and Choo.
What an amazing new life he has ahead of him, we will miss him so much but we are ecstatic for him.
His name shall remain McDreamy because…after all that’s exactly what he is…
We wish you all the happiness in the world and we know that you have landed in the most perfect home ever <3
McDreamy was saved from a horrible backyard breeding situation in Florida with sisters Cristina and Meredith. They were all starved, emaciated, and covered with yeast and infection and we are working hard on restoring their health. Once healthy enough he will be neutered and will see an eye specialist about repairing the entropian that he is suffering with.
He is an absolute joy to have around. Just as sweet as can be and gets along with all other dogs. He’s just so happy to be in a place where is loved, fed, and cared for and he deserves it.
