Mr. Bates was adopted by Gregg and Joy Boroughs here in OKC. Joy is a critical care nurse and Gregg a student and home most of the day. They have 2 older English Bulldogs and wanted to add a Frenchie to their family. The dogs have their own tents in the living room so they may have to buy another.
I have known Gregg about a year and they live close so I can keep up with Mr. Bates as he leads his pampered life. Gregg had met Mr. Bates but left the decision to Joy—and it was love at first sight.
