Parade has finally been adopted!
Diana and Fred from San Antonio, TX are her new mom and dad. Diana and Fred wanted Parade from the moment that she came into the rescue but were in the middle of moving into a new home. Once they were settled they checked back in with us and she was still available and they immediately raised their hands and said yes please!
Her little brother is a very playful guy named Ziggy and Parade loves to play so they will be a good fit for each other. They are leaning toward the name of Pepper for her but only time will tell.
We are so happy to see this little girl finally get the home that was meant for her all along it just took a little while to secure it.
Happy life. little girl
Since being with foster mom, Mary, Parade’s outgoing, fun personality is coming out. She’s very active and loves attention as well as lap time with her loved ones. She plays hard with Mary’s bears and just enjoys life. She’s also good with the cat and the grandkids, but she can demand attention.
She is still learning housebreaking but is crate trained, napping in her crate sometimes during the day and at night. She also seems to like to chew wood which needs to be redirected. Her skin issues are improving and she has an appointment to be spayed Tuesday.
This is a little girl who is just 2 years old, and it seems like her personality wants to bloom so we are going to help her with that.
She has been sent off with our wonderful foster mama, Mary to stay and be vetted in Houston as well.
