Pepper is on her way to live with Susie and David Arndt of Austin, Texas. This sweet girl was a bit shy meeting her new family, but did offer tail wags and a few kisses as well. We know in time that she will open up and show off her fabulous quirky shepherd personality that was beginning to come out at the sanctuary. Susie is going to start Pepper in basic obedience classes, which will build lots of confidence and help Pepper show off her smart side.
