About Phoebe:

Phoebe is about a one-year-old Doberman Pinscher; she came into the shelter completely infested with ticks, because of this she is anemic and weak. Fortunately, she has tested negative for heartworms and we will just need to focus on her wellness, nutrition and once healthy enough she will be spayed and ready for her new home. Right now we know that she is a little shy and quiet, but she has quite the knack for pulling blankets or bedding all over a room and dragging them outside just for kicks. She loves toys and wants to have as many as possible for her own collection.
