I told you that Laura’s daughter Carly offered to foster Pinkerton during her surgery and recovery after being rescued from a. shelter with a broken hip and pelvis from being hit by a car.
Turns our Carly has fallen in love and Pinkerton will go nowhere and instead will call Carly her new mama.
Pinkerton will forever just be called Pink and we coolant be happier for her and Carly.
Happy life Pink
About Pinkerton:This little girl was in the Dallas shelter after being hit by a car 2 weeks ago. It appears her owner just surrendered her to the shelter a couple of days ago….I can’t even…but what we focus on is getting her help now.
She was picked up by Erryn McGrath who is a DRR adoptive alumni and driven straight over to Dr. Reno’s for an exam. She was x-rayed and sadly her pelvis is broken in at least 3 places and she must have the care of our surgeons for their advice on what to do next.
I honestly cannot imagine your little dog getting hit by a car and you do nothing for 2 weeks and then you take her to the shelter and drop her off!!!
Just horrible, but that’s exactly what she’s been through. She’s on very good pain medication now and is being fostered by Laura’s daughter, Carly. For now, she’s doing a lot of resting and sleeping.
