Latest Update:

The day has finally come.. Regina is off to her new fabulous life in Euless, TX with Troy & Sarah Vidrine. A few years ago, they lost their English Bull dog and haven’t had a dog since. Once they spotted Regina’s picture with her unique pearly whites, they just knew she was the one that they needed to bring some extra joy to the family and make new memories with. She will be the only dog, but that’s okay, she will have human brother named Jackson to play with constantly. I’ve been told Jackson is a soccer player so she will be helping him practice passing the ball for his future big games. They are undecided with a name as they want to get to know her personality before deciding. They’ve also been introduced to Happy Tails and promise to post updates once she is settled in. Until then, have an amazing and loving life Regina!❤️

About Regina:
We picked up two girls as strays last week in Richardson, Texas. We’ve had them on our radar waiting to see if any owner would come forward, but they never did. The shelter thinks they may be a mother and daughter, both with some pretty big grins with their hilarious teeth. Regina is very thin, Karen is not, but has a very sore eye. It looks like both of them will need corrective eye surgery. I have no idea of what their health issues will be beyond what I can see with my own eyes, but Travis and Emma went to the shelter today to pick them up and said they are both very silly sweet girls who have lots of love to give.

Welcome to Dog Ranch Rescue Regina 🥰

UPDATE 9/9/2022

This is sweet girl Regina, one of the three Bordeaux’s that needs to live with medium to large size dogs only…Her vetting is finally finished, spaying, eyes surgically repaired, her treatment to kill her heartworms this week, now if only she had a family to apply for her.

UPDATE 9/6/2022

Regina is a great girl with people and all dogs that are larger dogs, she has too much interest in small fluffies so we need to avoid that.

UPDATE 8/12/2022

We moved all of the healthy dogs to the ranch leaving the sanctuary with all dogs with upper respiratory illnesses. Miss Regina could literally not love the pond more, leading the way with her stick out teeth cracking us up…

UPDATE 8/16/2022

We sent Regina, the bear that loves to swim, back to the sanctuary to stay until we find her home. She has too much interest in small fluffy dogs, so the ranch isn’t a good fit for her. She will need to go to a home with no small fluffy animals, cats or dogs. She is fine with small dogs like Frenchies, its the fluffy ones that excite her thinking they might be a rabbit or other wild animal.
