My goodness the applications we had for this little Rum Raisin was out of this world. We want to thank everyone for their applications for any and all of our fosters and want to let you know that just because you might not have been chosen certainly doesn’t mean you’re not a great home it just means that we can only choose one and it comes down to absolutely the best match for each dog.
Today Rum Raisin was adopted by the Alvarado family in Dallas, TX. They fell in love with him immediately and are so excited to add him to their family. Erina works from home and will be with him every day and he will have a 16 year old girl to love him. He will also have two other dogs to grow up with. They were so excited to meet him and couldn’t let him go once they did. I don’t know what his name will be but I’ll bet we find out soon.
Happy life, little man!About Rum Raisin:
He’s just 10 weeks old and he’s a little Cocker Spaniel pup. We had hoped to get him but he was with a big group of Cocker pups that were blue Merle and that color was the high ticket item on many breeds yesterday driving prices high.
He was the last one on the table because he was not blue Merle.
The auctioneer tried to get more money for him but nobody would take the bait he finally said first person who raises their hand for 500.00 gets him and my hand flew up fast.
With that he was mine.
