Welcome to Dog Ranch Rescue Sister.
Sister is a favorite of the volunteers and rightly so, she has been spayed because she came intact, and sadly she also came heart worm positive and she will undergo treatment for that next week. We would really love it if you would share Sister and help us find that absolutely perfect home for her.
Sister was an owner surrender due to her jumping their 4 foot fence when the owners were at work and the neighbor threatened that he would harm her if the situation wasn’t stopped. They opted to surrender her and we took her in. Here’s what we know about Sister, first and foremost she came to us HW positive which is a damn shame but it is what it is. Treatment has begun and she will be spayed soon too as that wasn’t done in her home either. Sister is a shy nervous girl, she looks to humans to make her feel safe, once she bonds with you which takes about 3 minutes of loving her and telling her what a good girl she is then she will not leave your side. I’m sure she jumped her fence because she was bored and her humans weren’t there. She is 3 years old and other than the heart worms is in good health. Her hair is as soft as velvet and someone will be lucky to have her but a requirement is a 6 foot fence. Sister will be ready for adoption soon.
