Breed: Dogue de Bordeaux
Adopted by: Jeremy Duplechin
Today was a day of pure joy as Tammy Wynette has finally found her forever home. After spending what felt like an eternity, Tammy’s luck turned around when former adopter Jeremy Duplechin from Houston, TX walked through the door to take her back as part of the family. Jeremy fell in love with the Douge De Bordeaux breed and adopted his first DRR bear, Meg, a couple years ago. Then went on to adopt Stanley (DRR Burt). Sadly, both have crossed the rainbow bridge leaving Jeremy lonely without the sound of paws walking around . After having some time to grieve, Jeremy was ready to open his heart up to another loving bear in need of a home. That is when he saw Tammy’s picture and knew she was the one. Her new name will be Lola as Jeremy thinks it fits her perfectly and we couldn’t agree more. DRR couldn’t thank you enough for coming back to adopt a 3rd time and giving this sweet girl a chance to experience a loving home where she will be cherished and spoiled rotten. We wish you two a lifetime of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories together. Have a fantastic life Lola/Tammy!
About Tammy Wynette:
- Tammy was taken in from a breeder in Missouri just last week and is doing very well at the sanctuary. She was seen by Dr. Reno’s office and has no major health concerns. We hope to get her veed and onto her new life soon. Tammy does well with other dogs and is learning what it means to live life outside of an outdoor run!
