Tiki is headed home with Dawn & Jim Hofer in Larue, TX to live out her days riding around in a golf cart and being spoiled rotten. They fell in love with Tiki the second they saw her picture as she reminded them of their Pug that has crossed over the rainbow bridge. Their daughter Jenna found us a few years ago and adopted Stella (DRR Hannah Frazier). Sadly, Stella unexpectedly passed away in December. After having some time to heal, Sophie (Non DRR) came into her life and has been a such a hoot. Dawn and Jim watch Sophie when Jenna travels so Tiki will have a forever bestie to explore the world with. The Hofer’s decided Tiki’s new name will be Hattie. They promised lots of updates on Happy Tails with how Hattie is settling in. Thank you Dawn and Jim for giving this girl a chance to finally know what true love feels like. Enjoy your new life Hattie!

• Tiki! She is a favorite at the sanctuary with possibly the cutest face of the whole group. She is a quiet but playful lady who is great with other dogs and affectionate with people. She started out a bit shy but has really come out of her shell since coming to the sanctuary from her life in a puppy mill. Please consider Tiki if you’re looking for a chill pup with a playful side, how can you say no to those eyes!
