There was lots of crying happening for Wolfman today, Laurie his foster mom cried when she said goodby to him and his new mama DeeDee cried her eyes out when she met him. So it was just a cry fest today.
Dee Dee and her husband Glen Phibbs from Tulsa, OK have had 2 Bordeaux’s in their home since 2001 and they lost their last one in April of 2017 after having gone through hip replacement and cancer. They both love the breed and want to always have a Bordeaux in their home and are ready for their next Bordeaux adventure and lucky for Wolfman he’s the new love of their life. They are uncertain of what his name will be but have told us they will let us know on the happy tails page.
We are ecstatic for all of you and wish you the happiest life ever
At the October auction we attended, this handsome boy was a very in-demand stud, but he will never be used like that again. I can see past his skin and condition to see that he’s a gorgeous boy. What’s amazing is to see a dog in this condition come up on the auction block where it’s not even mentioned and or cared about. Not one word about his skin, all they care about is that he’s going to throw pups and lots of them.
He’s a fun, wildman and has no fear of people and has lots of manners he needs to learn. He’s the epitome of the dog in the movie Turner and hooch….
He’s beginning his new life where he will begin to heal, get well and be loved.
