Piggy Girl

Piggy Girl came to us at the beginning of January, as previous adopters, Curt and Patti Spangler, reached out almost immediately. She spent her full two weeks in ISO and, thankfully, never developed a URI. On the very day she was cleared, she left the sanctuary for greener pastures in Farmersville, TX.

Curt is a veterinarian and will be doing her spay—a perfect way to get to know her a little better! Patti, who follows our page closely, had been waiting for another dog who truly spoke to her heart. The Spanglers previously adopted Shorty—now Sophia—from the terrified trio. Sophia adores other dogs (humans… not so much), so we know she’ll be thrilled with her spunky new sister.

Her new name is still TBD, but Patti promised to keep us posted.

In just two weeks, this girl has gone full circle—from shelter to home. Happy life from here on out, Piggy Girl!
