Bluto

A little illness and a little delay, but a very happy ending for both pups! Little Éclair was originally set to be adopted alongside Bluto last week after their meet & greet. But on the morning of her adoption, she suddenly became very sick and had to see the vet. Thankfully, she bounced back quickly. In the meantime, the Fisher family went ahead and brought Bluto home and named him the very proper name of Sir William, then patiently waited a full week for Éclair to recover.

Bluto is a one-of-a-kind little guy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. This handsome black Boston Terrier mix came to us from a local shelter and needed a little extra TLC as he recently had an eye removed (enucleation) and has healed beautifully. Don’t let his missing eye fool you, Bluto doesn’t miss a beat and lives life to the fullest!

He’s been hanging out at the ranch for about two months, and in that time, he’s shown us just how playful, loving, and resilient he is. Bluto is the kind of dog who will happily zoom around the yard one minute and then be curled up in your lap the next. He absolutely adores people and thrives on affection.

Bluto gets along well with other dogs and would likely enjoy having a canine companion. Curious about cats? We’re happy to cat test him upon request to make sure it’s a good fit.
