Bubba ditched OKC for greener pastures (or bluer skies?) and headed to Savannah, GA with his lovely new mom, Courtney Heide! This big ol’ lovable lug, weighing in at 34 lbs and sporting an adorable roll-onto-his-back-while-walking-on-a-leash move (standard equipment for this big guy), was too large for a plane, but luckily, his aunt works for the airlines and made it happen!!
He charmed everyone on the flight, particularly the youngsters, and has now been rebranded as Hank. He’ll be sharing the stage with country music royalty Ruby the Boxer, Nelson and Haggard – those zany French Bulldogs – and the main audience members, Courtney and hubby Brian and son Waylan, can’t get enough of their shenanigans. I’m excited to see what the future holds for them on Happy Tails! Thanks so much for loving him and welcoming him into your home and family!
This is the second boy that will be going to stay with Trish, when we met him we fell in love with him but he is such a big boy we hesitated because of his size. Big boys are hard for Trish to lift but when we saw him again on the table we just couldn’t leave him behind. He’s gorgeous but I would bet he’s 30 to 35 pounds. He was so cute when we loaded him into his clean transport crate with a clean fresh fabric pad he just rubbed his face into that and enjoyed it so very much. The first step to a new life. He was born on 11/18/21
