The big Chalupa met his mama today, her name is Carolyn Deforge and she drove for the past two days all the way from Alexandria VA to come and pick up this big sweet boy. Carolyn has two other Frenchies at home waiting to meet their brother. One of them is a mill rescue and Carolyn is very well versed in the work that goes into helping rehabilitate a mill dog and housebreak them and teach them what life is supposed to be.

Chalupa’s brothers names are Smedly Butler and Archibald Henderson, that leaves us to ponder what Chalupa’s new name will be….

Presley O’Bannon, he was outfitted with his Marine Corp collar and like a good soldier off he went to his forever life with his brand new mama.

About Chalupa:

He just turned four years old on Monday and we can’t think of a better birthday present for him than to be rescued. He is another great big boy full of fun. He has already lived in two mills, his last one was Amish, and he has shown the struggles that he has faced with only half an ear left.
