Vicki and Mike Robinson have already opened their hearts and home to three dogs from our rescue. This summer, they said goodbye to their beloved Dogue de Bordeaux, Gracie aka Giblet. She left a space in their hearts that only a dog as special as Gracie could leave.

Last weekend, Vicki and Mike came to the Ranch to meet our bears. When they met Dewars, they knew he was the one. And just like that, their fourth rescue dog was headed home. 🐻❤️

Dewars will be spoiled, deeply loved, and never have a want in his life. We’re so grateful to Vicki and Mike for opening their hearts once again.

Dewar is a young Mastiff mix, around 1 year old, with a BIG personality and an even bigger heart! This handsome boy is truly the life of the playgroup. He’s incredibly social, loves making new doggy friends, and is happiest when he’s swimming, chasing his buddies around the yard, or playing with his favorite toys. 💦🐶

When playtime is over, the quickest way to Dewar’s heart is definitely through snacks! 🦴❤️ He’s a fun-loving, goofy young pup who would make an amazing addition to a family looking for a social, playful companion to share their adventures with. Dewar is ready to trade playgroup life for forever-home life

 

 

 

 

 

We have never seen a DDB Mix at auction but there’s a first time for everything. No clue what he is mixed with but we didn’t want to leave him behind. Here are his notes from the catalog.

“He is very scared of lawnmowers, turtles and stairs. He needs to be worked with and loved. He has been with another dog. Has never been around kids”

Well buddy if I can promise you one thing it’s a life free of turtles.. 🐢. We will work on the other stuff and are glad to have this young boy come to us for a shot at a new life. Formerly known as # 73 and born on 6/30/25.
