Drumstick

Gazoo and Drumstick will continue to live in Texas with a wonderful family who prefers to let their dogs “name themselves.” (We’re still curious how Meatball came up with his!)

Here’s to a joyful new chapter filled with love, laughter, and plenty of Frenchie chaos.

He was born in June, sold in a pet store to an elderly lady, she took him home, he had horrific diarrhea, filled with parasites Giardia and coccidia (pet stores mill dogs duh)

She wasn’t going to stand for that and told a friend of hers to take him to the shelter she didnt want him. The friend took him home for the past couple of weeks and tried to get his poop under control, it’s better but he still needs help. She has to go back to work on Monday and is gone 10 hours a day and knew that she needed help for him and reached out to us.

She brought him to the sanctuary this morning, overcome with tears but knew she was doing the right thing, she wanted to keep him but could not provide him with what he needs.

He is a little stinker full of puppy nonsense, he is on his way to go stay with Fake Mama and she will give him all the care he needs while we solve his parasite issue and tummy issues and find a forever home for him.
