Latest Update:

Hallelujah “Halle” first earned her celebrity status on our page with a rope nose, squishy face, and a vaginal prolapse that took three different doctors, stays at two different ER’s and a surgical center before Dr Spencer was able to get it back in. Then months to get her healthy enough to finish her vetting. Well now she’s ready to expand that celebrity status in her new home with Dennis and JR from Fort Worth. She’ll be joining her new sisters on TikTok. With already over 12k followers on TikTok check out “Rosie the French Bulldog”.
Frenchies Rose and Sofia (DRR Go Dog Go) along with a mini English Bully named Izzy will be showing her the ropes in her new home. Tuesday Dennis and JR brought Rose and Sophia over to meet Halle. I can honestly say I’ve never seen such an immediate connection as these three had. They started playing and didn’t quit except for a quick rest and drink then right back at it. It was like they had to known each other forever!
Halle’s new name will be Dorothy (if you didn’t guess they are big Golden Girls fans).
Dennis and JR are going to be great parents to Halle. They’re going to give her all the love and attention she deserves and the best life possible.
Can’t wait to see you on the Happy Tails page Dorothy. I’ll be following your squishy face on TikTok. Knock’em dead!
About Hallelujah:
3/2/25 Update:
Hallelujah wanted to say hi! She’s off to see doctor Spencer Tuesday to get her boosters and stitches out. While there we’re going to talk to him about her breathing/ snorting and her little squished up face. Need to see what we can do to help her out a little now that the prolapse is behind her.
She is just such a sweet girl! She likes to be where you’re at… not so much Velcro that she’s sitting on your shoes but needs to be close by. I hardly ever hear her bark even when all the other dogs are going crazy she’s quiet. Still making progress on the potty training just not quite there yet but gets a gold star for trying! Her eyes are amazing… I love the way she looks at you … as if she’s looking deep into your soul. She hasn’t had a lot of interest yet… someone is missing out thats all i have to say.
Original Post:
This afternoon we were contacted by another rescue to see if we could take a Frenchie with a vaginal prolapse.
They told us that they had a little frenchie that was left at a vet to be euthanized because she couldn’t be bred because she has a vaginal prolaspe. The breeder discarded this 18 month old because she was now deemed useless.
We texted Ricky and off he was on the road to welcome this little girl to Dog Ranch Rescue and drive her straight to the ER for treatment. Help us say hello to Hallelujah “Halle”! We are so glad you couldn’t be bred and we hope to save your life with the help of our excellent vet team.

UPDATE___________________-
Can we all say Hallelujah that Dr. Spencer was able to take her prolapse and finally get it back inside her body where it belongs. He said her pelvis is very narrow and he felt there was no way this would have gone in by itself. She has been sutured together for now and hopefully in a couple of weeks all will be well.
