We’ve got a gaggle of adoptions today of various cheeses.

This little boy we were absolutely inundated with applications for, by there can only be one family and this one belongs to Havarti.

Havarti will go to live with Andrea and Matt at the Los Pinos Ranch Vineyards in East Texas. They have a Cavalier named Sampson to play with him and plan on keeping his name because it’s their favorite cheese.

About Havarti:

We worked together with Alabama Cavalier Rescue to secure this sweet little pup at the latest mill auction. He’s just 3.5 months old, and our eyes met instantly in the back stinky room. I’m so happy he’s safe. Thanks to Alabama Cavalier Rescue every Cavalier left the building with a rescue.

He is very loving and affectionate, and since he has just arrived, he is being assessed medically and behaviorally so stay tuned.
