Leeds has a home — finally and joyfully. We’ve all been rooting for this sweet boy, knowing how hard meet & greets have been for him. His nerves always got the best of him, and it was tough for families to see past that. But Gregg and Jodi Sadowski walked into the Sanctuary already understanding who Leeds was and what he needed.

Jodi works from home and Gregg owns his own business, giving them the flexibility to help Leeds grow into the dog he’s meant to be. When Leeds met them — and their two Frenchies, Milli and Bugsy — he stayed nervous, but the dogs handled it beautifully. Milli gave him a polite sniff, and Bugsy didn’t mind him one bit, which is exactly the kind of calm energy he needed. With confident little Milli leading the pack, Leeds will have a wonderful guide to help him come out of his shell.

His new name will be Roscoe, and he’ll spend his long, happy life in Wylie, TX — far away from the puppy mill world he came from, and finally surrounded by love, patience, and family.

This is little man Leeds, he’s just a little under a year old. He has been in a commercial breeding facility his whole life. He’s very shy and a little bit spooky as you can imagine he didn’t have any kind of socialization as he grew from a wee babe to where he is today. He needs an adopter who doesn’t expect perfection and one who will help him become the best happiest most socially rounded young man possible.

Another little boy having turned a year old last month, he is not a Littermate to #58 but they do come from the same place, so it’s not unlikely that they are related in some way. Listed as a Fawn with a Black Mask he will surely make someone very happy as a companion for the rest of his life. DOB: 6/15/25
