Love Shack has known nothing but a life of hell, rescued from a porch tied up to suffer and stay. The scars and wounds he has all over his legs are uncountable, he is lucky he didn’t end up losing a limb like Joe Joe who lived the same life.
This dog has landed in a home that will be more than he could have ever imagined. Love Shack wants nothing more than a hug, and to snuggle with someone who loves him. He is gorgeous and funny and sweet and today his dreams came true and we had to say goodbye to him to make room for another.
The Holbrook family have adopted from us 3 times Star Sapphire, and Janny now known as Ruby. They adopted Samson the Doberman and only had him a short while when he died suddenly of a heart attack.
He will live in Idaho with his own little girl Emma, his dad Chad and his mom Pam.
He’s going to be Emma’s dog and he will sleep in her bed, we cannot tell you how happy that makes us, and he has no idea how much he will love that.
She’s planning on taking him on all of his walks. She walks their Dobies now and she knows what she’s doing. She’s taking him on her planned adventures and trips, he will always get the front seat in her car, and she’s going to wipe his mouth before her friends come over

They have a long drive back to Idaho, she’s going to stay in the back with him and bond the whole time.
He was a little nervous with the dad (Chad) for two seconds until Wes put a leash on him and handed it to him, then that was his daddy.
Off he goes into the sunset with his new family and his own girl, he will now be known as Jax, but we will always have so much love for the Love Shack…
About Love Shack:
Love Shack was part of a cruelty case where he was left tied up on a porch starving.
