Maybelline

This will be the 4th adoption for the Goins family.

First they adopted Toofers, she was a little rough to place, had no social skills and afraid of men. Wade had no qualms and in no time Toofers loved him so very much. Next was Betty, she was very shy in the shelter and needed a soft place to land and she found it with the Goins family. Then came Sabrina, returned after having been adopted for a couple of years, scared and confused and once again they took her in and changed her whole life.

In came big girl Good Heavens and they reached out wanting to adopt her and the plan was put into place. About that same time I had written. post about Maybelline and how she had been waiting so long for a family of her own. Wade sent an email and said lets cancel Good Heavens she had only been here a short time and had lots of applicants and instead let us adopt Maybelline, she seems to have been waiting a long time and they didn’t want that to go any longer, so here they came to the sanctuary to have her meet Toofers and see if she would be a good fit, they took her home on a trial run like they do with each dog for 2 weeks, and they sent an email and said she is home and go ahead and announce it.

So Maybelline has a happily ever after, a senior girl just like Good Heavens was, both of them lived their whole life as merchandise to produce puppies for the public to purchase from pet stores and brokers.

No longer, she is very happy now and will be a treasure for them.
