Mokey Fraggle has a new name and a new life—she’s now Frankie! She’s headed to Santa Fe, NM, to join Maureen Gavin, TJ Jaquez, and their beloved Frenchie, Olive. Though they applied a month ago, her spay was delayed when she went into heat. TJ made the trip while Maureen stayed back with Olive. Maureen’s sister was in the area so she came by for the adoption. Their thoughtful plan will start with a walk to introduce the girls on neutral ground—no issues expected! After a long drive and a cozy hotel night snuggled up with TJ, Frankie is on her way home to a life full of love.

Mokey is an irresistible Frenchie who’s always down for a good time. It’s impossible not to fall for her cuddly, affectionate nature. She enjoys it all: toys, snuggles, people, and furry friends, happily soaking up every bit of fun that comes her way. Mokey has a happy and sweet spirit with just the right touch of sass, making her everything you could want in a companion. Mokey is right there with you if you’re ready for a nap, she knows it’s her cue to settle in too. She can be a bit selective with her food, and we are steadily improving on potty habits. Wherever the good times are, Mokey is ready to join in!

We took in these two dogs yesterday, both 20 months old we are told. I am assuming they are siblings but who really knows. Story is the owner is having seizures that are getting worse and family members put these two outside. Eva scrubbed them yesterday and removed their many, many flea.

Onward and upward we will get them spayed and neutered and all taken care of and find a new home for them both.
