Latest Update:

Odin is a very special, handsome, 115 pound, six year old baby boy. He was an owner surrender and lived in a home his whole life. Luckily his stay here was short and now he gets to go live in a house with his people where he belongs. Odin is what we would call a diva over here. He’s very particular about his surroundings. Odin says no thank you to eating in a den, and would very much like to be around you all day long. Other than that he’s a perfectly agreeable, and nothing phases him out in the yard. He just wants a hug and a nap. Luckily, Hannah and Chad Maynard are 100% able to provide all of those things. They have been bulldog lovers for a long time, we understand, a squishy face is always hard to resist. They were originally drawn to Odin because he resembled their most recent bulldog who sadly passed earlier this year. They came up all the way from Lake Kiowa, Texas last week to meet him and the deal was sealed almost instantly. The big boy simply rolled over and gave them both tail wags, hugs, and bear paws. The rest is history. It’s always amazing to see how perceptive these dogs are. Odin knew he was going home. After the adoption photo was taken, he got up and immediately moved to the door, ready to spend the rest of his life with his family. His name will stay the same, and he will be spoiled to bits, just the way he likes it.

About Odin:
Ricky drove to Missouri this weekend to pick up this owner surrender. We are told he is 6 years old, neutered, they have had him since he was 8 weeks old, good with kids and dogs, not great with a cat, leash trained and knows commands, loves car rides, loves the snow, doesn’t like the vacuum, his nails clipped, or guns. Divorced, single mom, moving to a small place. etc etc etc. You guys know the drill.
His name is Odin, and hopefully we find a new home for this big boy very quickly as I am sure he is very confused and sad not knowing what the hell is going on.
Welcome big boy, we will help.
