Polly Puddlejumper

Sweet little Polly Puddlejumper lucked out this weekend, as her new family was finally able to take her home to Rowlette, Texas. Kate Kobler and Susan Morris are best friends, they’ve had numerous Doxie babies in their home throughout the years, just as our breed in the Eden family is the French Mastiff, Kate and Susan’s breed is the Dachshund. The moment they saw miss Polly they knew she was meant to be with them. Both Kate and Susan are happily retired, and they have no other dogs (yet ). All of their attention is going to be on sweet little Polly, which is wonderful to hear. Polly was living in a mill only a few months ago, even with all the socialization these dogs get at the sanctuary, there is a lot of work to put in once they are adopted out into homes. To know that so much of Kate and Susan’s time will be dedicated to getting Polly adjusted makes us so happy. Polly loves people, she’s a snuggly little thing, all she needs in the whole world are loving people to keep her company. This weekend it seems her dreams have come true. Polly’s new name will be Penelope Marie, which we think suits her perfectly. Penelope has a wonderful life ahead of her, a life full of snuggles, zoomies, treats, and naps. She’s going to be a very busy girl, we’re excited to see her blossom in her happy new home.
