Adopted!
New Name:
Age: Adult
Sex: Male
Breed: French Bulldog
Weight:
Current Location:
Adoption Date:
Adopted by: Lori Posey
Latest Update:

Quincy has moved on to his new life far away from the suffering he has had to endure.
Originally rescued from a Texas shelter in poor condition, he was sent to Trish for quarantine by Dog Ranch Rescue. Dr. Roach cared for him, he was sick as a dog with pneumonia, and emaciated. He then needed surgery on his saliva glands, which then led to a severe seroma that required extensive treatment.
His endearing eyes captured the heart of Lori Posey from Louisiana, who met Trish in Ardmore and fell in love with him instantly. His new name is Carter Miles Devereaux, Lori reports that Carter is the perfect companion, displaying Velcro-like affection and sleeping on a designated pillow on her bed. He has adjusted well to his new life, enjoying daily walks and playtime, and has even inspired a shopping spree at PetSmart.
With Lori working from home, Carter will continue to be her loyal sidekick, even accompanying her to work in his new backpack. We extend our gratitude to Dog Ranch, Dr. Roach, and Lori for giving Carter a bright future.
Happy life sweet boy..

About Quincy:
We have been so inundated with discarded French Bulldogs that when these 3 ended up in a shelter here we simply had no place for them to go. Dr. Roach in Oklahoma raised his hand to help and said get them to me and I will isolate them in his veterinary hospital until they are well enough to send to foster and or the sanctuary.
They were all sick, Quincy the cream was so very sick with pneumonia and emaciation. Lennox and Sutton also fell ill to upper respiratory from being in the shelter. It is getting harder and harder to keep up, Frenchies are just falling from the sky, they are discarded daily it seems, and at some point will just be like any other breed in the shelter with no rescue having the capability to step up and they will climb into the high risk of being euthanized because of it.
This is Lennox, Sutton and Quincy. They aren’t even on the website yet because it’s just been that hard to keep up. Quincey has also come up with a sialocoele under his neckband will now need a surgeon to come in and take care of that.
It never ends…
