Laura Marr and extended family have adopted from us many times. That includes Stephanie Hunter who adopted both Flamingo and Maverick as well as Linda Pricer who adopted our Bambino. Laura first adopted our Doberman Calvin whom she named Rooster and she lost him to a heart attack. Later she adopted Denali whom she named Turkey and later he developed bone cancer. She had his leg amputated in hopes that they caught it before it metastasized and she did chemo and radiation to try and save him, but sadly she lost him last year. She also adopted our Dogue de Bordeaux Ham that still goes by his name and has been very lonely since losing Turkey. When Robby arrived at the rescue I knew immediately that I wanted to help Laura heal her broken heart and what better way to do that than with a 1 year old Doberman who is a perfect little gentleman? Laura will give this boy the very best that life has to offer and after a rough start that he had, he has landed in a jackpot of a home. We do love the relationships that we develop over the years with previous adopters and so appreciate when they return to us again knowing that they can trust our transparency and the care we give all of the dogs in our rescue.
