Simone

Simone has finally found her true home. We found this sweet girl as a stray in July, she was in rough shape but after a few months of treatment, she was ready to go live in a loving home, unfortunately she was returned shortly after being adopted out. Her previous owner said she didn’t have the time she thought she had to care for another dog, so we took her back. It’s always difficult to find homes for dogs who have been returned so for the past 2 weeks we have been searching for a family who can care for her like she deserves. We were so lucky to find Les and Shelli Harris, from Spring Texas. Les and Shelli have two Great Danes named Harley and Franklin, they will be Simone’s siblings, which is great because she loves big dogs. She has a wonderful life ahead of her, full of big fluffy beds, treats, and cuddles. When we let Simone into the adoption room to meet her family, she ran straight to Shelli and climbed into her lap. If that’s not confirmation that she knows she’s home, I don’t know what is. Her new name will be Mabel, and she will be spoiled to bits. She’s already tucked in the car and ready to start her new life. We love you Mabel, and we couldn’t be happier about your new wonderful life.
