Getting your first dog as a couple is always a special moment, and when that dog is Tapatio, it becomes even more amazing. Akash Kindu and Summer Lee of Frisco, TX, had been dreaming of adding a dog to their family for years but wanted to wait until they were truly ready, understanding that a pet is a lifelong commitment. When they saw Tapatio, they couldn’t resist her adorable cuteness and playful, silly personality. Now, Tapatio is known as Winnie, and there’s no doubt she will be loved and spoiled in her new home. We hope to see her on Happy Tails very soon!

About Tapatio:

Born 2/25/23, she spent the first two years of her life producing puppies for profit. We say no more, and this little lady Tapatio is now ready to live the rest of her days as a loved family member. She is SO funny, oozing with personality and zest for life. She has brought many of the other mill mamas out of their shells with her antics, running and playing in the yard no matter the weather. Tapatio was an instant staff favorite- and she’s now ready to find her forever home!
