Taylor

Taylor’s new beginning is a heart warming story to be told.. Ironically enough she has found her forever home with The Taylor family, from Aledo, Tx.

As we are aware Taylor never got along with the other four dogs she arrived to the rescue with. We had kept them separated & observed their personalities individually with other dogs. We narrowed it down to her having a difficult time letting go of grudges & calming down during an argument she would encounter with primary, dominant smaller females. However, Taylor has still been able to be with dogs as long as playtime is always carefully monitored from escalating into rough play & potentially leading to a scuffle. We knew that would be hard to achieve when finding a permanent home for her. So with caution in mind we were opting that she would need to be an “only dog” in home. Then we received Kasey Taylor’s application & were crossing our fingers it was a right fit! Although she will be the only dog, she will get play dates with their grandmothers dogs often, giving her plenty of opportunities to stay socialized with fur friends. Including all the running around & traveling she will get with the kids who have fallen in love with her.

Kasey Taylor has four children ages 4-11yrs. To be safe we asked them all to come meet her & it was love at first sight! After losing their two boxers recently, the kids really wanted another dog to love on. Kasey wanted to rescue, but her son had mentioned wanting a frenchie like their grandmother but ‘has different colors’… his very specific description had mom thinking it would be impossible to achieve. Then miraculously one day Kasey’s friend had texted her a picture of our sweet Taylor who happens to be ‘different colors’ and a rescue frenchie trying to find a home, making it history from there.. When Kasey showed her children her son said he’s been praying about it, making Taylor their answered prayer.

We’ve received a grand total of 10 dogs from this breeder in the past. Kotter, Miyagi, Frizzle, Logan, Kendall, Greg, Siobhan, Gerri, Tom and Roman. All of them the same issues, all of them loaded with parasites, many of them with rectal prolapses.
