Created in 1992 by legendary sixth-generation master distiller Booker Noe, Basil Hayden was inspired by distiller Meredith Basil Hayden Sr. and his preference for using more rye in his whiskey. The signature Basil Hayden bourbon uses a high-rye mash bill of 63% corn, 27% rye and 10% malted barley, giving it a lighter, elegant character with just enough spice to make it distinctive.

An extra-aged expression of the classic Basil Hayden style. Extended time in oak adds deeper notes of caramel, vanilla and oak while maintaining the smooth, refined character for which Basil Hayden is known.
🥃 Basil Hayden Dark Rye
A rich departure from traditional bourbon, combining Kentucky straight rye whiskey with Canadian rye and port. Expect dark fruit, caramel, spice and a touch of sweetness.
🥃 Basil Hayden Subtle Smoke
A unique limited expression finished in lightly charred barrels enhanced with hickory-smoked chips, creating gentle smoke and toasted character without overwhelming the whiskey.
