This raffle offering brings together three distinctive collectibles connected through the legacy of Elijah Craig—an exceptionally aged single-barrel bourbon, a special PGA Championship commemorative release, and a unique Goose Island collaboration that shows just how far the influence of a great bourbon barrel can travel.
At the heart of the collection is Elijah Craig 18-Year-Old Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Aged an extraordinary 18 years and bottled at 90 proof, each release comes from an individual barrel, giving every bottle its own subtle character. Nearly two decades in oak creates a mature, deeply developed profile with dark cherry, caramel, vanilla, honeyed oak and prominent aged-wood character. Sometimes a tiny dog arrives at Dog Ranch Rescue and you wonder how she managed to survive long enough to reach us.
Pippa was one of those dogs.
She came to us near death—abused, terribly thin and starving, with a large hernia caused by trauma. Her little body had already endured far more than it ever should have, and she needed surgery and extensive care to repair the damage.
But what Pippa lacked in size, she made up for in fight.
She held on. She underwent the care she desperately needed, and this little girl pulled through triumphantly. The frightened, broken dog who arrived fighting simply to stay alive was given the chance to discover what her life should have been all along: safety, good food, comfort, kindness and love.
Pippa is exactly why we do this.
