Aged for a full 12 years, Knob Creek 12 Year takes the classic Jim Beam bourbon profile and gives it extraordinary depth without allowing the oak to overwhelm the whiskey.
Expect a beautifully balanced combination of rich caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, baking spice and the signature nutty character associated with the Beam family of bourbons. At 100 proof, it has enough strength to deliver a wonderfully full flavor while remaining remarkably smooth and balanced.

Goose Island Bourbon County 2-Year Reserve — 2019
Sitting between those two bourbons is something particularly interesting.
The relationship between Goose Island and the Jim Beam family stretches back decades, and it helped pioneer the now-famous tradition of aging imperial stout in freshly emptied bourbon barrels.
For its 2019 Bourbon County 2-Year Reserve, Goose Island took its enormous Bourbon County Brand Stout and aged it for two years in 11-year-old Knob Creek bourbon barrels. The result is an intensely rich stout marrying deep roasted malt and chocolate character with the vanilla, caramel and oak influence left behind by Knob Creek.
Together, these three bottles tell both sides of the barrel-aging story — the bourbon that begins in Kentucky oak and the extraordinary stout that gets a second life from those bourbon-soaked barrels.
💗 And then there is tiny Tee Tee…
At just two pounds, Tee Tee came to Dog Ranch Rescue from a dog auction, where she had spent her life as a breeder mama.
Such a tiny little dog had already lived a life defined by what she could produce rather than by how deeply she deserved to be loved.
That all changed when she came to us.
Tee Tee was adopted by my son, Wes, and the little two-pound breeder mama finally became what she should have been all along — someone’s treasured little girl.
Her story is one of the reasons these raffles matter so much. The money raised allows us to continue showing up for dogs like Tee Tee — dogs who need medical care, safety, patience and, ultimately, the opportunity to discover an entirely different kind of life.
