This raffle entry brings together four bottles of Four Roses Single Barrel bourbon, showcasing the remarkable differences that can be created from Four Roses’ celebrated recipe system.
Four Roses is unique among Kentucky bourbon producers, using two different mash bills and five proprietary yeast strains to create 10 distinct bourbon recipes. The bottles in this collection highlight the lower-rye “E” mash bill, made with 75% corn, 20% rye and 5% malted barley, while different yeast strains create dramatically different flavor profiles.
Among the recipes represented are:
OESQ — Floral & Fruit-Forward: The Q yeast strain brings beautiful notes of apricot, honey, vanilla custard, baked banana and delicate floral character, balanced by a touch of herbal rye spice and soft oak.
OESK — Spicy & Approachable: The K yeast strain creates a fuller, spicier expression with baking spices, mellow oak, light caramel and subtle notes of herbal tea leaf and leather.
OESO — Rich & Fruit-Driven: The O yeast strain delivers a lush, rounded bourbon filled with cherry and dark berry, vanilla, brown sugar and delicate oak, with a wonderfully rich mouthfeel.

Mitchie came to Dog Ranch Rescue with his skin so horribly infected from head to toe that he was bleeding and scratching everywhere. He had lived with discomfort that no dog should ever have to endure.
But underneath all of that painful skin was the sweetest little soul.
With medical care, time and a whole lot of love, Mitchie healed. And somewhere along the way, his rescue story took another turn — I fell completely in love with him. He never had to look for a family because he had already found his.
I adopted Mitchie, and he is quite simply the best boy in the whole world. ❣️
