Aged approximately 7 years and bottled at cask strength, Series #1 honors bluesman Captain Luke Mayer. It opens with butterscotch and vanilla before developing into caramel, dark chocolate and nuttiness, finishing with lingering rye spice.
Tintype Series #2 — Hermon Hitson
Aged approximately 9 years, Series #2 celebrates guitarist and singer Hermon Hitson. Sweet corn, butterscotch and toasted walnut lead into a rich palate of licorice, baking spices, cinnamon and chocolate.
